The Placement checkers for 2023 were made public on Monday, February 13th, 2023, while the 2022 BECE SHS Placement also commenced on Wednesday, February 15th, 2023.
If you are a BECE 2022 student who has been placed in any of the Senior high and technical Vacation schools in Ghana, it is necessary to print your placement form and enrolment details. Once you have printed the form, fill it out, and have it endorsed.
Instructions for BECE 2022 students after checking their 2023 SHS placement
Documents to be Submitted to the Institution You have been placed
- Your Placement Form
- Your Enrollment Form
- Your BECE Results/Certificate
- Your Passport Size Picture
Upon accessing and printing the placement form and enrolment forms from the CSSPS portal, your next step should be to obtain your BECE Results, along with a passport-size photograph, and proceed to your designated placement school.
At the school, you will be guided to the Academic office overseen by the Assistant Headmaster/Headmistress.
In the Academic office, you will be asked to submit the requisite documentation, and in return, you will receive your admission letter, along with a list of items to bring with you when you report to the school on the 20th of February 2023.

Out of the total number of 547,324 registered candidates, a total of 538,399 candidates have met the requirements to be placed.
Of these candidates, 372,780 have been placed in one of their preferred choices, while 165,619 qualified candidates will have to select a school of their choice from the available options in the SELF-PLACEMENT portal, as they could not be matched with any of their initial choices.
