BECE 2022 candidates who are also Senior High School (SHS) students for the 2023/2024 academic year are required to report to their placement schools for admission processes. Starting Monday, February 20, 2023, candidates can obtain their admission letters and prospectus from their respective schools.
As a BECE 2022 student who has been placed in a Senior High or Technical Vacation School in Ghana, it is necessary to print out the placement form, fill it out, and have it endorsed for enrollment.
Documents Required for Admission to SHS 2023 Placement
The following are the documents that should be presented to the placement institution upon reporting for admission processes: the placement form, enrollment form, BECE results or certificate, and a passport-sized picture.
After obtaining the placement and enrollment forms from the CSSPS portal, you should proceed to collect your BECE results and a passport-sized photo before heading to your placement school.
Upon arrival at the school, the Academic office’s Assistant Headmaster or Headmistress will direct you to submit the necessary documents. After submitting the required documents, you will be issued an admission letter and a list of items to bring to the school when you report on 20th February, 2023.
