Clearance Guidelines for New Students and Registration Procedures for the 2023/2024 Academic Session at CUSTECH

We would like to inform you that the CUSTECH Registration Procedure has been updated. It is important that you take note of the updated registration process in order to avoid any errors during clearance.

Clearance Guidelines for New Students and Registration Procedures

Dear students of Confluence University of Science and Technology,

Please be informed that the registration procedure and guidelines for the 2022/2023 academic session have been updated. To ensure a smooth registration process, kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Check your admission status and retrieve your student ID by clicking on the 2022/2023 Admission Status and Registration Procedure Link.
  2. Request for a new password by clicking on the ‘Request for new Password’ link on the ePortal Login page and entering your student ID.
  3. Access your university email by visiting the website www.custech.edu.ng and clicking on the email link at the top right corner of the website or by going to www.gmail.com.
  4. Retrieve the ePortal password sent to your email by clicking on the inbox. If the password is not in the inbox, kindly check the spam folder or use “student” as the password.
  5. After retrieving your ePortal password, return to the portal URL (eportal.custech.edu.ng) to continue your registration.
  6. Log in with your student ID and the new ePortal password.
  7. Your ePortal page will be displayed, showing your records. Click on the admission link to download your admission letter and update your personal records, as well as upload your passport photograph and signature.

Please note that any error during the registration process can cause delays. Therefore, we advise that you carefully follow the CUSTECH Fresh Student Registration Procedures and guidelines.

About Acceptance Fee Payment

To complete your admission process at this institution, it is important to note that you need to pay the acceptance fee. The payment window will automatically be displayed after you have updated your profile and downloaded your admission letter.

Simply click on the PAY BUTTON on the window and follow the instructions provided on your screen to complete your payment. Please note that there are various payment channels available for you to choose from, such as using cards, mobile money accounts, QR codes, directly from your bank account, or USSD.

How to Do the Online Clearance

The following steps are required to complete the clearance process for registration and school payment:

  1. Log in to the ePortal. If you haven’t logged in yet, do so now.
  2. Click on the Student Data link on the right side of your page and select the Academic Records link.
  3. Click on Add Academic Record to enter all O’level result details and upload the necessary documentation required.
  4. Click the Submit Now button.
  5. Wait for the clearance officer to clear your submission. The clearance process may take up to 24 hours, depending on the number of submissions on the queue.
  6. After clearance, proceed to pay the Registration Fee. If your payment is successful, the ePortal will generate a Matriculation Number for you.
  7. Open the medical form and course registration form to complete the online registration. Remember, the acceptance fee must be paid within two (2) weeks of receiving the admission letter.

The Documentation

As soon as you have completed your online registration, kindly submit the following documents to the Registry Department:

  • A printed copy of the Letter of Admission from the Confluence University of Science and Technology, Osara website.
  • A printed copy of the Letter of Admission from the JAMB website.
  • A copy of your UTME result slip.
  • A copy or copies of your academic credentials/certificates or online printouts of results obtained from the websites of the examination bodies (WAEC, NECO & NABTEB).
  • The appropriate scratch card for the online verification of your O’Level results.
  • A copy of your Birth Certificate or Statutory Declaration of Age.
  • Two recent passport photographs.
  • Online payment receipts for prescribed charges.
  • Your certificate of confirmation as an indigene of your Local Government Council.
  • A copy of the Letter of Attestation of Good Character from your Parent/Guardian/Sponsor.
  • A certificate of medical fitness from a reputable hospital.

Please note that all registrations, including the payment of school fees, must be completed within four (4) weeks of receiving your Letter of Admission.
