Registration Guidelines for New Students at FULAFIA for the Academic Sessions of 2021/2022 and 2022/2023

The Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA) management has made public the registration process and other significant notifications for all postgraduate students who have been offered provisional admission for the 2022/2023 academic session.

Instructions for Phase 1 of the registration process:

  • Access the FMIS PUTME Portal at https://fmis.fulafia.edu.ng/putme/login.php and login.
  • Make payment for the acceptance fee. Step 3: Pay all the fees indicated on your dashboard.
  • Upload your JAMB-issued Admission Letter, then obtain your matriculation number and official email address.

Phase 1 commenced on December 23, 2022, and will end on March 22, 2023.

In Phase 2 of the registration process, you will need to complete the following steps:

  • Login to the FMIS Student Portal using the link provided: https://fmis.fulafia.edu.ng
  • Navigate to the “Courses” section and select “First CRF” to register for your First Semester Courses.
  • Register for your courses and submit your course registration form by clicking on “Submit”. Remember that your Course Registration Form (CRF) can only be printed after it has been digitally signed online by your Level Adviser, HOD and the Dean.
  • Head over to the Student Affairs department, open a file and submit all the required documents, as well as sign the code of conduct form.
  • For all students, visit your department and faculty, and for medical students, visit the college with proof of payment of all charges. Open a file and submit all the required documents.
  • Finally, go to the Academic Affairs office, open a file and submit all the required documents.

Phase 2 registration will be open from March 23, 2023, to April 28, 2023.

Steps for Phase 3 registration process

  1. Access the FMIS Students Portal: https://fmis.fulafia.edu.ng by logging in with your credentials
  2. Navigate to the E-Wallet/Payment section, select the appropriate academic year, and pay for Departmental Registration
  3. Go back to your dashboard, find the courses section, and click on “Second CRF” to register for Second Semester Courses
  4. Register for your courses and hit “Submit” (please note that your Course Registration Form will only be available for printing once it has been digitally signed online by your Level Adviser, HOD, and the Dean).
  5. Submit your second Semester CRF to your department (All Students), faculty (All Students), and college (Medical Students).
  6. Finally, visit the academic affairs office and submit all the required documents for the second semester.

Phase 3 opens on July 23, 2023  and ends on September 28, 2023.

To complete the registration process, it is mandatory to make all payments via the FMIS portal. It is important to register within the designated timeframe and follow the instructions to avoid incurring a penalty of 10,000 NGN.
