ARM introduced the Deji Alli ARM Young Talent Award (DAAYTA) in 2015 to honor its founding CEO and to encourage young Nigerian graduates and undergraduates to bring their ideas to life. The initiative aligns with the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment to building a better future by creating a new generation of change leaders.
Deji Alli ARM Young Talent Award (DAAYTA) Benefits
The DAAYTA Award is a fantastic opportunity for young Nigerians. The winner of the 2023 programme will be awarded ?12,000,000 (twelve million naira) over one year, subject to the Terms & Conditions. The funds can be used to contribute to working capital and to participate in an entrepreneurial education programme at the Pan Atlantic University’s Enterprise Development Centre in Lagos, Nigeria.
Additionally, the winner will receive 5-month acceleration support services for the development of their venture by TVC Labs.
Qualification Requirements for Deji Alli ARM Young Talent Award (DAAYTA) Award
In order to qualify for the Deji Alli ARM Young Talent Award, the applicant must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a Nigerian citizen
- Age must fall between 18 and 30 years
- Application submitted must be an original work
- Have a minimum viable product (MVP) and customers
- Able to cover travel expenses and other costs associated with the award, if required
- Available for a 2-day Pitch Workshop and Final Pitch Event scheduled for April 2023 (with co-founders/team where applicable)
- Must have a solid understanding of ARM’s business values and principles
- Ready to represent ARM as an Ambassador.
