For those who are applying to the Swedish Universities for Defense as international students, the university is offering a number of scholarships.
The Swedish Institute Scholarships for Global Professionals and the UHR Scholarship are the two types of scholarships that are currently offered (SISGP). Each of those scholarships has specific requirements, which are listed in the descriptions.
Descriptions of scholarships
Two significant Swedish Defense University Scholarships are offered:
1. The Swedish Council for Higher Education oversees the administration of the UHR Scholarship (UHR).
The university is in charge of the application and selection processes for accepted students at the Swedish Defense University.
The scholarship can only be used to cover all or a portion of the cost of tuition; it cannot be used to cover living expenses or other similar costs.
2. The Swedish Institute, a government organization, receives funding each year to use for funding scholarships to international students who have the ambition to become future leaders within the sustainable development goals on a global platform.

According to Regulation 2010:543, the UHR Scholarship is intended for highly qualified students from nations other than the EU/EEA and Switzerland who wish to enroll in Swedish universities or colleges.
Please be aware that since the scholarship is intended for recently admitted students, only applicants in the current application round may apply.
