The Karolinska Institute Global Master’s Scholarships are now accepting applications from both domestic and international students. These scholarships are available to students who have been accepted into KI’s Global Master’s Programs. The Karolinska Institute Scholarship will cover the cost of tuition fees, providing financial support for eligible students pursuing their academic goals.
About Scholarship
The Karolinska Institute Global Master’s Scholarships provide a range of tuition fee scholarships to exceptional students admitted to KI’s Global Master’s Programmes for the fall semester. It should be noted that if granted a scholarship, only the tuition fee or a portion thereof is covered. Other funding is required to cover travel, living, and other expenses.
The scholarships are available for Master’s Programmes in a variety of fields, such as Global Health, Bioentrepreneurship, Biomedicine, Public Health Sciences, Health Informatics, Molecular Techniques in Life Science, and Toxicology.
The location of study is at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden, and the scholarship does not cover other expenses.
Requirements
Candidates must fulfill the following requirements to be considered for the Karolinska Institute Global Master’s Scholarships:
- Must be excellent students who have secured admission to KI’s Global Master’s programmes, starting from the autumn semester.
- Must have received a Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen) from a globally recognized university.
- Must be proficient in English, which they can demonstrate by taking an internationally recognized test such as TOEFL, IELTS, or an equivalent.
