The academic calendar for the 2022–2023 academic year has been published by Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba–Akoko (AAUA), giving both students and staff key dates and occasions to put on their calendars. As a well-known university in Nigeria, AAUA makes sure that its students have access to a carefully thought-out academic calendar, providing a favourable learning environment.
There are two semesters in the school year, and each has its own set of activities. On March 19th, 2023, the First Semester begins with online registration for returning students as well as online screening and registration for new students. The semester continues through a succession of lectures, ongoing evaluations, and exams until it is over on July 15th, 2023.
On July 23, 2023, the Second Semester begins with student registration and resumption, followed by faculty-based course exposition. There will also be lectures, homework assignments, and exams during this semester, which will end on November 11th, 2023. On November 12th, 2023, students are supposed to leave the campus and the living halls.
The AAUA will organize a number of activities during both semesters, including the matriculation ceremony and the orientation for new students. The purpose of these activities is to improve university student’s intellectual and social experiences.
