How to upload certificates to NTC Teachers’ Portal

1. Login to the official NTC website here tpg.ntc.gov.gh

2. Find and click on “Start”.

3. Click “List” and wait for the training records to display.

4. Here, select the certificate that you want to download.

Search for “teaching records for teaching in the digital age”

5. Below that, “Select View or Download”

You are about to download the certificate now. Please wait patiently for the file to download.

6. The certificate you downloaded must be uploaded.

THE SECOND PHASE

1. Go back to the menu at the top.

2. Select Portfolio from the items displayed.

3. Wait for it to open and select My Wallet.

4. Click on My Portfolio and wait for it to load.

5. The next item to display will be My Teacher Profile: from December 1, 2021 to December 1, 2022.

6. Relax and move patiently until you find evidence of professional development.

7. Locate and click on the records below.

8. Next, scroll up and click on Upload Files.

9. Add a new file

10. You will then see Upload Files at the top of the search box.

Carefully type the name of the workshop you are attending in the search box.

11. After typing it, now select the file you want to upload.

THIRD PHASE

1. The next menu that will appear will be “Choose an action”.

From that menu, you need to select “My Documents” and locate the file you have already downloaded.

2. Wait for My Documents to open, locate the file you downloaded in PHASE ONE and click on it.

Note: It will take some time to download.

3. Review your downloads and select the certificate you downloaded.

4. Download the certificate now.

5. Finally, when it loads completely, you will see success displayed.

There are options for you to cancel the process and view it again. You can also take a look at what you uploaded successfully.
