Follow these steps carefully;
- Verify your National Identification Number (NIN) by sending an SMS with the format ‘NIN [11-digit NIN number]’ to either 55019 or 66019.” NB: There should be a space between the word ‘NIN’ and your 11 digit NIN
- To obtain your ePIN, you will receive a 10-character Profile code via text message on the same phone number you used to send the NIN request.

- Input the profile code
- Input your registered phone number on which you received the profile code
- Input the other required data and choose your payment method
- Finally click/tap on Submit
- After payment, your PIN is sent to your phone number and appears on your Remita receipt
