Eligibility Criteria

To meet the requirements for the Harbin Institute of Technology Scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health both mentally and physically;
  • Be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for a master’s degree program;
  • Be a master’s degree holder under the age of 40 when applying for a doctoral degree program;
  • Hold minimum requirements set by HIT in academic ability, language proficiency and other relevant criteria;
  • Possess excellent academic credentials and good research ability.
  • CSC Scholarship CANNOT be combined with other scholarships.

  • Applicants should register through the CSC Online Application System.
  • Log into the Portal and select Category B for HIT, then the University Code 10213.
  • Fill the application form and attach all the required documents, then send to the address :
