The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) plans to publish the results of the candidates after they have gone through all the established and necessary procedures.
In accordance with the procedure established by WAEC, all results must be published after forty-five (45) days from the date of completion of the examination.
The recent Basic Education Certificate (BECE) ended on Friday, October 21, 2022 perhaps, the 45th day will be December 5, 2022 (project) for the publication of BECE 2022 results.
When considering the holidays included, December 5, 2022 marks 45, but excluding the holidays, the projected date count is pushed back to December 23, 2022.
Since the onset of COVID-19, administrative activities around the world are one inch behind their normal activities, so if the results are delayed, parents, students, institutions, and others who need BECE exam results should contact WAEC and they await the results of the next year, 2023.
