They should also have 3-5 years of experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, or Investigation roles, with prior audit experience in International Non-Governmental Organizations being a plus.

Candidates must have knowledge of risks, internal controls, and experience applying them to evaluate various business processes, areas, or functions. They should also have knowledge and the ability to apply international internal auditing standards, COSO framework, and risk assessment standards and practices. Technical knowledge of accounting and financial reporting is also necessary.

Applicants must be able to work independently, provide appropriate support to other internal audit team members, and exhibit leadership skills needed to promote ideas and obtain management buy-in for constructive change. They must also have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, experience performing multiple projects, and the ability to work with diverse teams.
