Job Responsibilities
- The job entails implementing reward strategies that align with our company objectives and are consistent with market trends.
- As the Benefits Specialist, you will advise on state employment regulations and recommend appropriate measures for our benefits policies.
- You will be responsible for preparing budgets and plans for all compensation-related activities, managing salary classification and compensation programs, and developing a fair and competitive total compensation and benefits package.
- you will be expected to review payroll inputs for accuracy, coordinate payroll processing and remittance, and communicate all reward practices within the organization to employees.
- you will prepare PAYE audit support data for external auditor’s use, ensure timely incentive payments, and coordinate various projects such as job evaluations and re-grading. Your duties will also include managing employee welfare schemes to encourage retention, complying with Quality Management System and Operational Health & System requirements, and assisting the Head of Department with any other duties as requested.
