The Ghana Education Service Management wishes to inform all Teaching Staff who are due for a promotion that the shortlist of applicants eligible to write the aptitude test for Promotion Ranks Principal Superintendent, Assistant Director I, Assistant Director I, and Deputy Director has been completed.
The proposed dates for the Aptitude test are February 28th and March 1st, 2023, in all regions.
Index numbers, Regional centers, and other critical information will be communicated to all short-listed candidates via the Regional Directorates.
Ranks Requirements
Deputy Director
An applicant must have been promoted to the grade of Assistant Director I on or before 2018 and must have held the position continuously since that date (except for the periods of approved leave of absence).
Assistant Director I
An applicant must have been promoted to the grade of Assistant Director Il on or before 2018 and must have held the position continuously since that date (except for the periods of approved leave of absence).
Assistant Director Il
An applicant must have been promoted to the grade of Principal Superintendent on or before 2018 and must have held the position continuously since that date (except for the periods of approved leave of absence).
Principal Superintendent
An applicant must have been promoted to the grade of Senior Superintendent I on or before 2018 and must have held the position continuously since that date (except for the periods of approved leave of absence).
