Passes in English, Core Math, Integrated Science, and Social Studies are required for graduation.

Credit passes in at least three electives—any three of physics, chemistry, biology, or elective mathematics—with at least a B3 in elective mathematics are required.

Are D7, E8 and F9 accepted for the University of Ghana BSc. Computer Engineering?

D7 is a pass, according to WAEC Result Interpretation. Furthermore, the University of Ghana does not consider D7, E8 and F9 as a prerequisite for admission to undergraduate programs.

Recall that the lowest or worst grade you may receive to get into Legon is C6. In this opinion, C6 is a credit, whereas D7 is merely a pass.
