Mamaga Dadzi encourages the development and commercialization of skills for financial freedom
Mamaga Hoeflewo Dadzi II, the Paramount Queen of Penyi Traditional Area, has urged women to cultivate their abilities and transform them into profitable ventures to attain self-sufficiency.
She has stated that financial freedom is not just limited to those who are millionaires or wealthy but also attainable by considering one’s income and expenses while developing marketable skills.
In an interview with the Ghana News Agency, Mamaga Dadzi highlighted that in addition to having mentors and coaches, women need to develop a new mindset that they can achieve anything.
She encouraged women to recognize their potential and bring their strengths to the table. The Paramount Queen advised women to distance themselves from abusive partners and avoid complete reliance on others, as over-dependence often leads to violence.
Mamaga Dadzi also emphasized the significance of confidence and self-esteem in achieving financial independence. She emphasized that women’s competence and what they could offer were critical, and people look beyond just gender.
She urged women to recognize their strengths and capabilities and take advantage of them.
