Mamaga Hoeflewo Dadzi II, the Paramount Queen of Penyi Traditional Area, has advised women to develop and commercialize their skills in order to achieve self-sufficiency.
“The majority of people believe that becoming financially independent requires being a millionaire or something – to become financially stable as a woman, you must consider your income and expenses- you must consider and develop your skills and commercialize them,” she explained.
Mamaga Dadzi, the Founder and Executive Director of Ama Adoma International Foundation, was speaking to the Ghana News Agency in Penyi, Ketu North Municipality, Volta Region.
Mamaga Dadzi emphasized the importance of self-esteem and confidence in achieving financial independence.
“People look at you not just for being a woman, but for your competence and what you can bring to the table,” she explained.
