  • Applicants must have earned the Senior School diploma and have exhibited exceptional academic abilities.
  • SSC/GCE O-Levels diplomas or their recognized equivalents
  • Also, exceptional SS3 pupils may apply based on their two years of continuous evaluation.
  • The age range for applicants is 16 to 17 years (birth certificate required)
  • Together with their application, candidates must submit an essay and the principal’s endorsement.

How to Apply for the Yearly UWC Scholarship Grant from the Nigerian National Committee

Candidates from any public school who are nominated by the school may pay a reduced charge of N1,000.00 (ten thousand naira only) in lieu of the application cost of N10,000.00 (ten thousand naira only) that is due upon submission of the application (One Thousand Naira only).
