Qualifications for NNPC/SPDC Undergraduate Scholarship
must be Federal Republic of Nigeria citizens
must be enrolled full-time as undergraduates in a Nigerian university that has been granted accreditation
Must be in 200 Level (as of January 2023) or have documentation of admission to an undergraduate program for the academic year 2022–2023.
Must not be a recipient of another scholarship from a national or international organization involved in the oil and gas industry.

- Every application must be processed online using the aforementioned website.
- Applicants for Operational Area Awards must submit scanned copies of identification letters from The Paramount Ruler of the Community and The Chairman of the Community Development, which must be properly stamped and signed.
