Access Results on OSIS through the University of Education Winneba Students Results Portal – The academic records of all enrolled students, including level 400 interns, have been transferred from ITS to OSIS, and it has been informed to the university community.
Accessing UEW Results for OSIS
Use this link to access the OSIS Student Information Portal: https://osissip.osis.online
Use the password you created at your initial login along with your UEW student email address as your username.
You can view your results from prior semesters by selecting Academic Results from the navigation bar on the right side of your site.
How to Fix Errors in Your Findings
In case of any concerns after viewing your transcripts
- Take a printout of your transcript.
- Please indicate the problematic issue(s) on the printed transcript.
- For a resolution, present it to your departmental exams officer.
- All students are encouraged to access their OSIS transcripts and, when needed, provide their Exams Officers with feedback.
The deadline for resolving all results issues has passed.
Please take note that OSIS will be the standard by which all results are measured going forward. The portals on ITS ERP will be shut down at midnight on March 6, 2023, once you have access to your OSIS portal, to prevent any confusion regarding results.
Furthermore encouraged to log on to their portals and examine their findings are Level 400 students who are completing internships. If students encounter any problems that require attention, they are urged to contact their departmental examination officers through the proper methods.
