NABCO Trainees into GES

Most trainees from NABCO Educate Ghana expected to be hired by the Ghana Education Service after the NABCO program came to an end.

In a series of update sighted, the leadership of NABCO trainees (NABTAG) always encouraged the trainees under the Educate Ghana Module to apply for the GES Recruitment when ever the portal is open.

Most NABCO Trainees were instructed to apply in February 2023 when the GES opened a portal for qualified individuals to apply to be recruited into the service.

These trainees according to GES were afterwards told to pay some amount of money by middlemen so they can secure them appointments.

The Ghana Education Service (GES) management referred to this action as questionable and wants to distance itself from these claims because it is not the Service’s custom to collect money from applicants prior to hiring them.

Numerous allegations and complaints about suspect individuals defrauding gullible Nation Builders Corp (NABCO) beneficiaries seeking employment with GES have been made to the management of the Ghana Education Service (CES).

These complaints are extremely upsetting and damage the Service’s reputation. The GES wants to dissociate itself from such allegations as it is not the practice of the Service to take money from applicants before recruiting them.

We want to be clear that the Service has not hired anyone to take donations on its behalf in connection with hiring.

With this notice, management vehemently denounces this practice and warns the public to report dishonest people to the police or pay the money at their own risk.

Ghana Education Service shall not be held liable for such payment.
