(NABCO) is an initiative by the ruling government of Ghana led by President Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo to address unemployed Graduates in the country to solve social and economic problems.

According to the government’s initiative, the members will be temporary workers for three good years, after which they will be laid off so that, they can go and look for their own job or seek greener pastures elsewhere.

But, the good news we are gathering indicates that the government of Ghana in the person of President Nana Addo and his ruling party have plans to make members of this initiative permanent workers in the various modules across the country by October 2023.

Recently, there was a piece of alleged information concerning this initiative from a different perspective. Some were holding the belief that they are going to be made permanent workers while others were doubting completely. But, hey I can reliably assure you that this initiative members who are supposed to be laid off after three years will now be employed permanently in all the modules across the country this year 2023.
