Position Description
- assisting with budget creation
- controlling documents and receipts
- daily, monthly, and annual transactions reconciliation
- getting balance sheets ready
- handling invoices
- gaining a thorough understanding of organizational processes and products
- providing clients with customer service
- resolving financial issues brought up by the sales and customer service teams
- being a primary point of contact for inquiries regarding finances and accounting from other areas
- assisting the finance manager and executives with assignments and projects as necessary
Qualifications and Experience Required
- HND
- Knowledge of productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Accounting software experiences, such as Quickbooks and Quicken
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
When necessary, I am quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members. - Prior experience working with financial accounts is required.
- Strong math and critical thinking abilities
