CcHub-Mastercard Foundation Fellowship Program Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications and Requirements for CcHub-Mastercard Foundation Fellowship Program: To qualify for the CcHub-Mastercard Foundation Edtech Fellowship Program, the startup must meet the following requirements:
- The startup must be based and incorporated in Nigeria and operate within Africa.
- The startup’s solution must be focused on Edtech solutions that cater to K-12, tertiary education, formal skills, corporate learning, and informal skills.
- The EdTech solution must have verifiable users and align with the accelerator’s focus areas, which include increasing access to education, improving the student learning experience, streamlining school management, and enhancing teacher and trainer effectiveness.
CcHub-Mastercard Foundation Fellowship Program Interview Process, Date, and Venue
The CcHub-Mastercard Foundation Fellowship Program’s application process will undergo three stages of review.
Screening: Interested innovators are encouraged to apply via the provided link. During this stage, Edtech solutions will be evaluated based on four criteria: Problem/Solution Fit, Founder Potential, Business Model Fit, and Traction.
Assessment: EdTech solutions selected from the first stage will be further assessed based on the following criteria: Scalability, Long-term Plan/Vision, Competitive Advantage, and Team Potential.
Final Interview: Shortlisted applicants will be invited to the final interview stage where they will be required to pitch their solution to a panel of judges.
The venue, date, and time of the interview will be communicated to shortlisted applicants via email.
About Interviews
After the assessment stage, successful applicants will proceed to the final stage which is an interview. This interview will be a chance for the selection committee to meet with the applicants and assess their suitability for the fellowship program. Following the interview, the committee will make the final selection of fellows, subject to a due diligence process.
