2023/2024 Swansea University Postgraduate Scholarship: See How to Apply

This is to inform those who are interested in studying abroad that they can get financial aid through the Swansea University Postgraduate Scholarship in 2023 in addition to studying abroad.

Only postgraduate students who want to advance in their master’s are eligible for this program. When submitting an online application, one may also need to be aware of a few requirements.

With the Swansea Postgraduate Scholarship, the University’s College of Science will always provide UK/EU students with scholarships totaling £1,500 each.

Before submitting an application, any interested applicant should be aware of the prerequisites, which are listed below. Also, keep in mind that the online application process should be completed carefully and without errors.

Basic Qualifications for the Swansea Postgraduate Scholarship

1. Please note that in order to be considered for this scholarship, you must have applied for one of the below courses and have received an offer from us.
2. Only fresh postgraduate taught applicants who are UK/EU students are eligible for scholarships.
3. Tuition fees will be covered via scholarships.
4. Candidates must have an undergraduate degree with a minimum GPA of 2.1. (or equivalent).
5. Candidates must enroll for the first time in a postgraduate study at the College in September 2023.
6. By the end of July, candidates will be notified of the results of their applications; those who were chosen for a scholarship must confirm their acceptance.
7. The College expects scholarship recipients to assist in its recruitment efforts.
8. The scholarship will be held and carried over to the year that studies are resumed, and the candidate will be expected to pay their personal contribution on a pro-rata basis. If it is deemed necessary for a scholarship holder to suspend their studies, that scholarship will be held and carried over.
9. The scholarship may be withdrawn if the Head of College determines that a scholarship holder’s progress is not adequate. Failure to adhere to any of the award’s terms may also result in the withdrawal of a scholarship. Any grant made, in whole or in part, as assessed by the College, may be subject to repayment to the College by the scholarship recipient. Within 15 working days of receiving notice, the scholarship recipient may submit an appeal to the Head of College in writing if they believe the withdrawal is unreasonable.
10. These and any other Rules that may be in effect from time to time may be made, amended, withdrawn, suspended, or cancelled without prior notice by the College of Science; such decisions are binding.
