University of Rwanda, UR Online Registration

The University of Rwanda (UR) management extends an invitation to first-year and ongoing undergraduate students to register for the academic year. Registration is done online, and it involves paying the necessary fees for both new and ongoing students. To begin the registration process, students must first ensure they have been admitted or promoted. Once that is confirmed, they can pay the required fees at the UR/College Bank, which is available at the Bank of Kigali. During the payment process, students must use their UR student numbers as they appear on their acceptance letters or Student Cards for all transactions.

To access the UR Student Portal, follow these simple steps:

1. Explore the University of Rwanda Website.
2. Locate the Navigation Tab on the Website Homepage.
3. Click on “Academics.”
4. Under “Academics,” find and click on “Learning” to proceed.
5. On the eLearning Page, click on “Student Portal” to access the portal.

How to Login to UR Student Portal

Logging in to your University of Rwanda Student Portal account is easy and straightforward:

1. Access the Student Portal through the steps mentioned earlier.
2. Enter your Student Number.
3. Provide your PIN (Password).
4. Click on the “Login” button to proceed.

UR Student Online Registration of Courses

For both new and ongoing students, registering for semester courses at the University of Rwanda is a seamless process:

1. Log in to the RU Student ITS i-Enabler.
2. Access the RU Student Dashboard.
3. Navigate to the “Registration” section under the Student Web.
4. Read and accept the registration rules and regulations.
5. Click on “Submit Registration.”
6. Select your desired courses for the semester by ticking the respective boxes.
7. Click “Save and Continue” to view the selected courses.
8. Proceed to view the Registration Cost (Academic Facility User Fee) and click “Accept Registration” to complete the registration.
9. Click “Save and Continue” to review your course selections.
10. Click “Print Friendly Format” to obtain proof of registration or download a PDF version.

Don’t forget to log out once you have completed the registration process.
