Credit passes in (A-D) three (3) core English, core Mathematics, and Integrated Science or Social Studies subjects, as well as any three elective subjects, one of which must be one of the following: Economics, Geography, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and General Agriculture with an aggregate score of 24 or higher.

At least one credit (A1-C6) in core English, core Mathematics, and Integrated Science or Social Studies, as well as any three elective subjects, one of which must be one of the following Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, and Crop Science with a combined score of 36 or higher.

D7 is a pass, according to WAEC Result Interpretation. Furthermore, the University of Ghana does not consider D7, E8 and F9 as a prerequisite for admission to undergraduate programs.
Recall that the lowest or worst grade you may receive to get into Legon is C6. In this opinion, C6 is a credit, whereas D7 is merely a pass.
