- The scholarship is available for those who will begin any part-time online learning Masters program at the university in the 2023-2024 academic year.
- You must be a citizen and resident of a country that falls under the “Least Developed Countries,” “Other Low-Income Countries,” or “Lower Middle-Income Countries” categories defined by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Assistance Committee.
- You must have already been offered a place at the University of Edinburgh and have accepted or intend to accept the offer.
- You must submit a personal statement that highlights (i) why you were attracted to this program at the University of Edinburgh, (ii) how completing this program will benefit your personal and professional development, and (iii) how it will help you contribute to your community, region, or country.
- The scholarship will be awarded based on academic merit and the strength of your personal statement.
- Priority will be given to those who haven’t previously had the opportunity to study at the master’s level.
If you’re chosen, the scholarship will cover your tuition fees for the entire duration of the program.
How to Apply
To apply for the University of Edinburgh Global Online Learning Masters Scholarships,
- candidates must first apply for admission to the University of Edinburgh. Once admitted,
- candidates can access the scholarship application system through EUCLID, which is available on the MyEd web-based information portal at https://www.myed.ed.ac.uk.
