We want to let you know that the Delta State Government is currently accepting applications for the Bursary and Scholarship Award from all eligible applicants. The admission portal is now open for all undergraduate students who meet the basic requirements and procedures for accessing it.
As a result, we have provided an update on the Delta State Government Bursary and Scholarship Award 2023 below. If you’re interested in applying, take note of the required documents to complete your online application.
Delta State Government Bursary and Scholarship Award Requirement for Qualification
To be eligible for the Delta State students’ bursary and scholarship award 2022/2023, applicants must be of Delta State origin and meet certain criteria. These criteria include
- having a National Identification Number (NIN),
- being registered as full-time students in only government-approved private and public tertiary institutions (postgraduate students are not eligible),
- having a CGPA of 2.20 and above in the previous academic year’s examination,
- being in their second year (200 and above) in the universities, NDII and HNDII in the polytechnics/monotechnic, and NCE II-III in the colleges of education.
- applicants must have an account with a bank and indicate their level/year, as well as their department/course of study.
Applying for Delta State Government Bursary and Scholarship Award 2023
- If you are an eligible and interested applicant, you can visit the Delta State Bursary and Scholarship Board website at www.dsbsb.dl.gov.ng to apply for the scholarship.
- For those interested in the 2015/2016 Student’s Special Assistance Scheme (Bursary Award), please follow the outlined steps below.
- First, click on the provided link and then select “APPLY HERE” to submit your Bursary form.
- Applicants are required to complete the Fresh Application section A form and submit it. Please note that there is a non-refundable online processing fee of Eight Hundred Naira (800.00) that must be paid using debit cards.
- Once your payment is successful, log in to your profile page to provide your bank details and academic details.
- Don’t forget to download and print the online acknowledgement card for your personal record.
