BECE Home Mock : Enrol your JHS3 students and Help Them To Excel

By | 6 March 2023

It is time to enroll your JHS 3 students in the 2023 BECE Home Mock to help your wards excel in the September 2023 examination.

We are all aware of the poor grades received by many of our 2022 BECE graduates, as well as the difficulties they are experiencing with school placement.

Some of these issues are the result of inadequate preparation or a lack of an independent examination to assess candidates’ readiness and assist them in improving their performance.

We encourage parents and schools to put their children through the BECE Home Mock, which is given once a month by Education-News Consult.

While the home mocks are marked, graded, and subject-by-subject examiner reports with recommendations for students are generated, the School mock is only for providing schools with the questions and marking schemes in PDF format.

The BECE Home Mock 2023 is the second edition. In 2022, we held 5 mock exams from May to September and received a worst grade of 15 from candidates who took our exams. We are excited to build on this success in 2023.

The registration fee is GHS20.00 per student, and the mocks are CORE Subject Only (GHS65.00) and Core plus ICT and RME (GHS85.00) for each month a parent wants his or her ward to participate in our mock.

HOW THE BECE HOME MOCK WORKS

  1. Candidates are given the BECE home Mocks in their individual houses by their parents.
  2. Top examiners and knowledgeable topic professors create the exam.
  3. Parents receive Mock Questions in their PDF format.
  4. Parents print the test questions and administer it at home.
  5. Parents or their representatives in the house act as the invigilators during the mock.
  6. The examination is written based on the timetable supplied, but, we allow for flexibility as the examination questions do not leak and no student knows the other candidate taking the exam.
  7. In order to prevent the exam from interfering with a candidate’s regular class schedule, the home mock exams are given from Friday evening through Sunday evening.
  8. following the marking. To assist students in planning and refining their responses to such problems, we make the marked scripts or papers, the examiner’s suggested solutions, and the questions for each mock examination available to the candidate.
  9. Individuals who chose not to participate in the mock examination may still purchase the questions and the marking guidelines and immediately download them for review..
