ARIPO Young Professionals Programme: Opportunity for African Graduates

Young Professionals Program at ARIPO For a two-year fellowship, the ARIPO Young Professionals Programme (YPP) is accepting applications from African graduates of its Member States.

A monthly stipend, travel assistance, leave benefits, medical insurance, and a one-time gift will be provided to candidates. Those who are interested are urged to submit their applications before the deadline.

Program Advantages

stipend of US$2,500 per month.

a one-time, upon appointment, settling-in allowance in the amount of one month’s pay.

Complimentary transportation (to the host nation) upon appointment and (to the home country) upon program completion.

(80% employer, 20% participant) Medical Aid.

three types of leave: annual, sick, and compassionate.

Location of the program

The ARIPO Headquarters in Harare, Zimbabwe will host the two-year Young Professionals Programme (YPP).

Eligibility Requirements

The following qualifications must be met by applicants in order to be eligible for the ARIPO Young Professionals Programme (YPP):

  1. Botany, Biotechnology, Civil Engineering, Economics, and Statistics are first degrees that were earned no more than five years prior to the application date.
  2. Skills in preparation and problem-solving
  3. interpersonal and communication abilities
  4. autonomous working skills.
  5. Innovation and creativity
  6. high level of digital literacy
  7. age at the time of application not to exceed 28.

Candidates for the ARIPO YPP for African Graduates should send an application letter addressed to The Director General of ARIPO, along with a comprehensive curriculum vitae, copies of pertinent academic and professional certificates, a copy of their national identity document/passport, and a recent passport-size photo saved as a single PDF, to [email protected] by no later than March 10.
