The school was founded in November 2012 by the Rt. Rev. Prof. Osei Sarfo Kantanka, Bishop of the Kumasi Diocese at the time. Sabronum is the location of the school.

To become a training center where students are assisted in becoming self-sufficient, establishing small-scale businesses, developing entrepreneurial skills, and becoming relevant to society.

To provide an environment in which junior high graduates in the catchment area can acquire academic excellence, cognitive skills, affective skills, psychomotor skills, and moral integrity in order to fit into society.
