S.D.A Senior High School is situated on the Anwiankwanta-Cape Coast route halfway between Bekwai and Asanso. The Seventh-Day Adventist Church founded the organization in 1953.
Till 1974, when the Teacher Training College was phased out, it coexisted with the Certificate “A” 2-year, 4-year, and then 3-year Teacher Training College. Let Your Light Shine is the school’s motto, which is LUMEN TUMM FULGEAT in English.
