A guide on How to Speak to a Live Representative at RSPCA Customer Service

To speak to a live customer service representative at RSPCA, you may call 0300-123-0346 and press 3 for all other inquiries. The typical waiting time is about 1-5 minutes.

Alternatively, you may select from the options available in the customer service phone menu by

  • pressing 1 to report a stray, sick or injured animal or to report cruelty
  • Press 2 if you have a query about your RSPCA membership, direct debit, information we hold about you, or would like to make a donation
  • Press 3 for all other inquiries. You may also press the hash key to hear these options again.

Live customer service representatives from RSPCA are available from 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday, and closed on Saturday-Sunday. For all cruelty reports, you may dial 0300-1234-999. Live customer service representatives are available from 8am to 7:30pm Monday-Sunday.
