2023 MTN Ghana Bright Scholarship Application Form

For over two decades, the MTN scholarship foundation has awarded various sponsorship programs to thousands of deserving students across the African continent.

The scholarship is intended for first-year undergraduate students and continuing education students at any Ghanaian public higher education institution. The applicant must be enrolled in a course of his or her choice.

The MTN Ghana Foundation Scholarships 2023 are only open to Ghanaians. To be eligible for the Scholarship, you must be from one of Ghana’s 16 regions.

Accra, Takoradi, Kumasi, Cape Coast, Koforidua, Wa, Ho, Sunyani, Tamale, Bolgatanga, Techiman, Damango, Nalerigu, and Dambai are among Ghana’s 16 regions.

Scholarship Advantages:

The MTN Scholarship in Ghana 2020 covers tuition, housing, and a stipend for books and other reading materials.

Application Entry requirements.

  • One must be a first-year or continuing student pursuing a first degree at any Ghanaian public tertiary institution or pursuing vocational and technical skills training to be eligible.
  • Ghanaian, brilliant but in need.
  • Must be of good character, hardworking, and have outstanding academic results.
  • As a continuing student, being involved in extracurricular activities is advantageous.
  • To be of good behavior, you must have no academic disciplinary issues and must not be serving a bond.

Procedure for Applying:

  • Scholarship.mtn.com.gh is the website where you can apply online.
  • Send a one-page motivation letter outlining your educational and professional goals.
  • Submit the application along with your contact information (phone number/e-mail address).
  • Applicants who have been shortlisted will be notified and invited to meet with the scholarship panel.

Please keep in mind:

  • It is completely free to apply!
  • An applicant who is currently receiving another type of educational scholarship should not apply.
  • People studying ICT, computer science, engineering, artificial intelligence, and data analytics would be given preference.
  • Women and people with disabilities are encouraged to apply in particular.
  • Applicants who lived and attended school in Bono East, Ahafo region, Savannah region, North East region, Western North region, and Oti region will be given preference.

The application period runs from February 1, 2023, to May 31, 2023.
