Overview of U.S. African Development Foundation (USADF) and Ekiti State Government (EKSC)

The U.S. African Development Foundation (USADF) and Ekiti State Government (EKSC) are jointly accepting proposals from African cooperatives, producer groups, and enterprises to access grant financing and local support.

The aim is to facilitate innovative solutions that can enhance their own capabilities, create job opportunities, increase revenues, and promote sustainable market-based growth, thereby improving farmer incomes. Proposals from registered agricultural cooperatives, producer groups, and agricultural processors in Ekiti State will be considered.

The focus is on the rice and cassava value chain sectors that are deploying creative approaches to agricultural and economic development, including but not limited to digitization, information technology, and agricultural solutions using renewable energy.

Successful proposals will be awarded between US$50,000 and US$250,000.

Qualification Requirements

These are the eligibility requirements for the USADF/Ekiti Govt Agriculture Grant provided by the U.S. African Development Foundation (USADF) and Ekiti State Government (EKSC):
