Does University of Ghana offer fashion design?
The University of Ghana has implemented a semester of intensive practical training in fashion design or accessories under the tutelage of an experienced fashion designer; acquisition of hands-on skills in a commercial environment to link classroom experiences to commercial production of apparel design and accessories.
For their internship, students will select commercial production units where the designer uses the paper pattern/freehand-cutting method for garment production or specializes in the creation of accessories.
Students will present three (3) different tailored garments or three (3) accessories (two hats and a necktie) for grading at the end of the program. In addition, each student will submit a detailed report on the activities they participated in. The course lecturer will provide supervision on an as-needed basis.
To apply for this course, you must have a National Senior Certificate or equivalent. You must have completed Grade 7 and may be required to have certain skill sets such as; Sewing, Drawing or sketching skills, Sales, Communication
Does University of Ghana offer physician assistant?
The University of Ghana has a variety of health related programs you may be interested in pursuing. The university is yet to introduce physician assistantship program.
Requirements for physician assistantship in other competitive aducational institutes includes credits in the three (3) Core Subjects (English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science), and CREDIT passes in three (3) Elective subjects: Biology, Chemistry and Physics or Mathematics.
A’ Level Applicants must have Five (5) GCE ‘O’ Level credits including English Language and Mathematics plus Three (3) ‘A’ Level passes in Biology, Chemistry and Physics or Mathematics. Applicants must also have a pass in General Paper
Mature Applicants
Applicants must be at least 25 years at the time of submitting the application.EITHER FIVE (5) Credits at GCE ‘O’ Level including English Language and Mathematics.
Or, WASSCE / SSSCE credit passes in THREE (3) Core Subjects (English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science) and THREE (3) Elective subjects (Biology, Chemistry and Physics or Mathematics).

Entry Requirements
Credit passes in English, Core Mathematics, Integrated Science & Social Studies. Credit passes in Chemistry and any two from Physics, Biology and Elective Mathematics
