UDS student portal

The UDS student portal is a login page where students can enter their username and password to access educational programs, learning materials, and other relevant information provided by the institution. For example, students enrolled in online certification programs can use the UDS student portal to access course materials such as articles, lectures, and videos stored on the school’s servers. The portal also serves as a platform to communicate school-related information, special events, course details, academic resources, calendars, and contact information.

The UDS student portal caters to different categories of users, including prospective students, first-year students, and continuing/returning students.

To access/login to the UDS student portal, follow these steps:

1. Open your internet browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox).
2. Visit the UDS student portal link provided.
3. Enter your User ID (Student Number) and Password (National ID, default or changed).
4. Upon successful login, you will be directed to your homepage.
5. Use the items displayed on your homepage/dashboard to monitor your academic progress and fee payments.

In case you forget your UDS student portal password, you can recover it by submitting your username or email address. If your information is found in the database, an email will be sent to your registered email address with instructions on how to regain access.

Access to this upgraded system requires using your University Identification Number (UIN) as the username and 123456 as the initial password. You will be prompted to change your password after the first login.

• UDS E-Learning Portal: The university has adopted a Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate online classes, lecture notes, and assignment submissions. Lecturers will upload course materials on the e-learning platform, which can be accessed by students. Short video tutorials will be provided to assist lecturers with the upload process.

To access and enroll in the UDS E-Learning Management System, follow these steps:

1. Open your internet browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox).
2. Go to the UDS E-Learning Portal.
3. Select the “Log in” option.
4. Once logged in, scroll down and choose your school from the Course Categories.
5. Select your specific course or department.
6. You will then have access to the content related to your course.
