The University of Waterloo in Canada has the Perimeter Scholars International Award

Students interested in pursuing a master’s degree in the sciences at the University of Waterloo in Canada are welcome to apply for the Perimeter Scholars International Prize.

Scholarship Information

The program costs for accepted students in the Perimeter Scholars International Program will be covered in full. Scholarships for tuition will be provided by the University of Waterloo, and awards will be given by Perimeter Institute (PI) to help with costs for travel, lodging, meals, textbooks, reference materials, student services fees, and other miscellaneous charges as determined by PI.

The scholarship grant has a maximum value of $30,000.

  1. Those who wish to apply for the Perimeter Scholars International Prize must:
  2. either be indigenous or foreign students.
  3. an undergraduate degree or its equivalent.
  4. embark in a full-time program of study.
  5. possess exceptional academic performance.
  6. possess excellent English language skills.
  7. be prepared to follow the rules established by the university.

Application Method

To be eligible for selection, interested candidates for the scholarship offer must submit an online application and enroll in an applicable course of study. Faculty or Department will automatically choose the students.
