Nigeria 2023 Election Results: How to check

By | 28 February 2023

Voter turnout and confidence are setting new records during Nigeria 2023 Election results.

One of the explanations could be the use of technology in the electoral process, such as the INEC Election Result Viewer.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Nigeria developed the INEC Result Viewing Portal (IReV) as a platform for real-time transmission of election results from polling places to the central collation center.

Its goals were to make the electoral process more transparent and to make vote-rigging and election manipulation less common.

Voters and other interested parties can follow the electoral process and view the results of live elections in real time using the IReV portal.

The portal displays images of the voting results from each polling place, together with the overall number of votes cast and the percentage of votes cast for each candidate.

See how to see the Nigerian election results below.
