“Training of GES call center agents and Technical staff ended today. The staff is fully equipped to address all placement concerns this year. Thanks for your patience and support so far.”
According to a social media update from the GES official page, the technical and help desk teams are prepared to answer any questions that students may have during the placement process.
If a student or parent is unable to visit one of the GES solution centers to address issues with their placement, they can call the GES call center and their concerns will be addressed as soon as possible.
‘If you can’t visit any of our solution centers across the country, we are just a call away.
Our call center is ready. Staff trained as well. Preparations ahead of the release of #Placement2023.
The call center number will be published soon. #MoE #GES”
The management of the Ghana Education Service provided the public with a helpline to call in the event that their children encounter problems with their placement in another social media post.
Students who have not received outplacement are urged to visit CSSPS.GOV.GH and self-place themselves in the interim.
