Requirements for UCC SANDWICH Programme 2023/2024

Bachelor of Education (Science)
Applicants must possess a Diploma in Basic Education (Science and Mathematics Option) with a credit in any two of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Elective Mathematics in SSSCE/WASSCE.
Bachelor of Education (Mathematics)
Applicants must possess a Diploma in Basic Education (Science and Mathematics Option) with a credit in Elective Mathematics with Chemistry or Physics, Economics in SSSCE/WASSCE.
Bachelor of Education (Arts)
Applicants must possess a Diploma in Basic Education with a credit in any two of the following subjects in SSSCE/WASSCE: History, Christian/Islamic Religious Studies, French, Literature in English, Ghanaian Language.

Where to Purchase UCC Sandwich Admission Forms
The University of Cape Coast invites applications from qualified individuals for admission into the SANDWICH undergraduate (Bachelors), Diploma, and Certificate programmes for the 2023 Sandwich Session. E-vouchers for online application are available for purchase at various centres, including the Cashier’s Office at the University of Cape Coast, the University of Cape Coast – Accra Office in Tesano, Accra, and I-J Consult in Millennium City, Kasoa.
In addition to these locations, e-vouchers can also be obtained from the Ghana Post Company Limited, as well as various network branches of GCB Bank, ADB Bank, GT Bank, ARB Apex Bank, Republic Bank, Consolidated Bank, Zenith Bank, and Prudential Bank nationwide. Please note that the admission fees will cover tuition, residential accommodation, and feeding.
It’s important to note that the admission process will require that you purchase an e-voucher, which will provide you with access to the application portal. Once you have obtained the e-voucher, you can proceed to complete the application form online. Don’t hesitate to reach out to the relevant authorities if you need further clarification or assistance.
How Much It Costs to Get E-VOUCHER For UCC Sandwich Admission
To gain access to the UCC Sandwich Admission Forms, interested applicants are required to purchase an e-voucher from designated sale centers. The e-voucher can be purchased at a cost of Two Hundred and Twenty Ghana Cedis (GH¢220.00). This payment will grant access to the online application platform, where candidates can submit their applications for the 2023 Sandwich Session.
Online Application and Submission of Completed Forms for UCC Sandwich
To apply for UCC Sandwich admission, applicants must carefully read the instructions and contents of the admissions brochure before filling out the online application form. To begin the application process, visit https://apply.ucc.edu.gh/ and select “(Institute of Education) Sandwich programmes application” for undergraduate (Bachelor) programs, and “Inst. Of Educ. Post WASSCE with Diploma – Sandwich (DEGREE)” for application type.
After completing the online application, applicants must print out the completed form and write their application reference number, full name, postal address, first choice program, and application category on the back of a large EMS envelope.
Please note that applications without application reference numbers will not be processed.
Please take note of the following important information for the application process:
Applicants are required to send the completed application form by EMS to the Director, Institute of Education, the University of Cape Coast by the University Post Office, Cape Coast. It is essential to include the following enclosures along with the completed application form.
For applicants who were certified by the Institute of Education of the University of Cape Coast, photocopies of certificates authenticated by the Director of the Institute of Education/Principal of a College of Education are acceptable. Applicants should obtain their transcripts and forward them to the Director, Institute of Education, University of Cape Coast, Cape Coast.
The Deadlines for the sale of application e-vouchers and submission of completed application forms are Friday, 16th June 2023 and Friday, 23rd June 2023 respectively.
