The Ministry of Health (MoH) has announced that it has received financial clearance to recruit eleven thousand, two hundred and twenty-six (11,226) Degree and Diploma Nurses and midwives who have completed their one-year mandatory national service and are due for permanent posting to practice as professional nurses and midwives.
The Ministry of Health wishes to inform Degree and Diploma Nurses and midwives from public and private health training institutions and Certificate Nurses (public ONLY) who completed in and are permanently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana.
The application process started yesterday November 10, 2024. A number of nurses and midwives have already applied using the MoH online portal.
Few things to note
i. Recruitment into the service will commence on Wednesday 10th November 2021 at 12:00 noon.
ii. Qualified applicants are requested to formally apply on the Ministry of Health application portal by logging onto https://hr.moh.gov.gh with their INDEX number and following the instructions to select the preferred agency under the Ministry.
iii. Deadline for submission of the application is Friday 19th November 2021 at 6.00 pm.

1. Visit the official website of MoH at https://hr.moh.gov.gh/
2. click here to be redirected to the login page or navigate to submit the application button on the homepage.
3. When redirected the next page will display a login interface requesting PIN, license number, or index number.
4. Enter any of the above requirements in step 3 and your password, when login successfully, Follow the instruction on the dashboard to select a preferred agency under the Ministry.
