Umfolozi TVET College is among the 9 public Technical and Vocational Education & Training (TVET) Colleges in KwaZulu-Natal province and one of the 50 across the country.
The college comprises 8 main campuses located at Chief Albert Luthuli, Eshowe, Esikhawini, Mandeni, Richtek, Sundumbili/Isithebe, Bambanana, and Nkandla. Additionally, it has 6 skills centers, namely, Jininindomnyama, Nseleni, Thubelihle, Alton, Maphumulo, and the ZCBF Community Park.
The college provides various national business and engineering programs, including National Certificate (Vocational) and N4-N6 Diploma programs.
Furthermore, an extensive range of skills programs meets the needs for grassroots level training. The college is also actively involved in learnership and co-operative programs.
Mandeni houses the SETA accredited Training Centre, which offers trade tests for Electrician, Fitter, Fitter & Turner, and Instrument Mechanic trades.
