Program Information
The Youth Leadership Development Programme (YLDP) is a five-month leadership program for young Nigerian students that aims to give them the tools, information, and resources they need to become influential leaders and engaged citizens who will promote sustainable community development.
The 22 modules that make up the LEAP Africa Youth Leadership Programme are centered on the three program pillars of leadership, active citizenship, and sustainable/community development.
This year, the Youth Leadership Development Program will feature the Intercampus Leadership Debates and the Youth Leadership Program (Sustainability Pathway) (Advocacy Pathway).
