Position Description

The following are the job description of Reform Pharmaceuticals’ vacant position

1. Receiving and processing warehouse stock (pick, unload, label, store)
2. Perform inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits.
3. Maintain a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization.
4. Enter diary logs into the inventory
5. Any inconsistencies should be reported.
6. Communicate and collaborate with coworkers and supervisors.
7. Preventive maintenance and operation of warehouse vehicles and equipment
8. Maintain quality service standards while adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• HND or higher is required.
• Solid understanding and knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and systems
• Experience as a procurement officer or in a related position for at least two years is required.
