Gov’t Donates Logistics to Private Schools

In recognition to the efforts made by the GHANA NATIONAL COUNCIL OF PRIVATE SCHOOLS to support and sustain private education in Ghana most especially amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the government of Ghana through the National Board for Small Scale Industries (NBSSI) this afternoon, 10th July 2023 donated office logistics to the council to strengthen its operations.

The Executive Director of NBSSI, Mrs. Kosi Yankey-Ayeh, commended the Council’s massive effort throughout this period of the pandemic to support private schools.

She also reiterated that her outfit will continue coordinating with the Council to see to the effective disbursement of the CAP support fund to the Council’s members.

In response to that, the National Executive Director of the Ghana National Council of Private Schools (GNACOPS), Mr. Enoch Kwasi Gyetuah, expressed appreciation to the NBSSI on behalf of the council and added that the Council is ready to partner with NBSSI for any coordination that will help ensure timely facilitation of the government support to their members.

He also assured the government of effective use of the logistics provided, to the growth of private education in Ghana.
