They’ve been a lot of queries as to when BECE exams will be conducted in Ghana. Students are most anxious to know when they’ll sit for their examination. The good news is that the date for 2020 BECE exams has been announced.

Following the directives of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for schools and universities to re-open for final year students in Ghana, the Ghana Education Service (GES) has released a re-opening plan for final year JHS 3, SHS 3 and tertiary students.

In the re-opening plan sited by ghstudents.com, the tentative date of the 2020 BECE examination has been released. Students are to take note of this date and prepare accordingly.

The BECE timetable for school candidates will be released in due course by WAEC. However, for the time being, students should prepare accordingly.

The BECE is used by the GES to select qualified candidates for senior high schools (SHSs) and Technical Institutes (TIs) across the country.
