UEW Level 400 Students have been told that their data has been transferred from ITS ERP to the Online Student Information System (OSIS).
See how and where to verify your results in the UEW Level 400 Students Results Published Online article.
Management has instructed staff to address any problems still present with the portal’s display of updated transcripts.
The OSIS system was most recently used to graduate students for the 2022–2023 academic year. It has previously been used to graduate students.
To log in to the OSIS student portal
- You must use the URL http://sip.uew.edu.gh and enter your student number as both your login and password. You will then be asked to update your password.
- On the university website, there are instructions on how to see transcripts of academic records and access the portal.
- Starting at noon on September 26, 2022, the results will be accessible through the student portals.
Please take note that moving ahead, OSIS will serve as the foundation for all Level 400 outcomes.
To prevent any confusion with results, the portals on ITS ERP will be disabled once you have access to your portal on OSIS.
If there are any problems with your transcript, you must print out a copy of the results, make note of the problems, and either bring it to the Help Center, which is on the first floor of the Student Center, for submission to your department or to your department’s examinations officer for prompt verification and correction, or you must bring it yourself.
It would take 24 to 48 hours for the request to be published in the students’ portals when Departmental Examination Officials have verified the validity of the issue reports.
The 6th March 2023 deadline has been assigned to all parties involved for the resolution of any outstanding level 400 student results-related difficulties.
Students are strongly encouraged to obtain their transcripts and must do so immediately.
All Level 400 students are being reminded once more that the best course of action for resolving any conflicts is through discussion. They are also urged to use the established processes and instructions provided to hasten the settlement of their issues.
